One of my most frequently asked questions is about my workout routine, how I got into shape, and stay fit for demanding roles as an actor and dancer. I'm not a personal trainer, but I will share what I have done.
For years I have danced, sometimes for hours a day. That can be physically grueling, but it usually focused more specifically on technique and choreography than overall fitness. A couple of years ago I got more serious and focused about my routine so that I could be prepare for any role that comes my way
I started slowly, at home, with some simple workouts. This vlog will focus on a beginning workout you can do at home with minimal expense, space, and equipment. Please watch the video and you will find written details below.
